Are you a tight-tolerance shop?

Yes, we consider ourselves to be a tight-tolerance shop, regularly machining components with tolerances as tight as half a thousandth. Our customers rely on us for consistent and repeatable precision machined parts that meet their exacting tolerances and specifications.

What level of part complexity can you support?

With recent investments in Swiss machines and lathes by top equipment manufacturers like Hwacheon featuring live tooling, we’re equipped for increasingly complex work. Additionally, our machining expertise and arsenal of equipment allow us to produce intricate parts in a single operation for improved repeatability and efficiency.

What is your size envelope?

Our equipment supports a wide range of part sizes:

  • Lathes: We can handle parts up to 12” in diameter by 22” long, and bar feed parts slightly over 3” in diameter, and lengths of four to twelve feet.

  • Mills: We have mill tables up to 50” wide, but can take measures to mill parts longer than that.

  • Swiss machining: Our precise Swiss machines allow us to handle very small, high-precision components.

Whether you need large or small components, our shop is equipped to handle your project.

Do you coordinate outside services?
